Long period

Can anyone help with some advice

I've tried getting doctors appointment but it's always hard getting fitted in and I'm going out my mind

not sure if it's to do with the pill or not but I started the pill few months ago and then stopped taking it due to running out, I recently came back on it On the start of my period, it was lighter than usual but to be expected, was slightly longer though

Anyway I thought I had come to the end of it with brown blood and just slight spotting, had like a day or 2 of not much and now bleeding again with cramps and feeling like another period

It's freaking me out as never experienced a really long period or just essential a period after another
