Help period or something else?

I am nine days late on my period and have taken two pregnancy test and both negative but at night on day 8 I started spotting little brown I assumed spotting and today day nine I woke up and no blood or spotting but when I pee blood comes out like it's all red but that's the only time I'm bleeding.

But prior nights I've been having like terrible heat flashes...

Do yall think its a UTI? Miscarriage? I don't know what to do anymore.

I had the same thing happen. Still don't know for sure why. I was told by a few people stress, my new job, old blood and it being late caused this. I'm afraid of doctors, terrified.

My last 2 periods have been lighter with brown and red blood along with clots. Usually I'm very heavy and have severe cramps. But this period came with no cramps until my fourth day (I always cramp on my 4th day) and was almost brown the whole time!

I was 10 days late and had the brown spotting at night like you did, I would wipe and a gush of very bright red would come out. Almost so much I had to wipe a few times. Then I'd put a pad on and very little brown blood came out the next day. It did this on and off brown blood, then red with clots only when I used the bathroom. The pad would still only have brown blood no matter how long I wore it. It was very light, nothing like my 7 day heavy to medium to light flow.

My most recent period (March 20th was on time according to Glow (my second odd period with brown blood) came with a ton of bloat and mild, very mild cramps. Again I used to have severe cramps but this was more cramps than the first weird period, almost like my period is getting back to how is used to be but still way lighter and the brown and red blood thing, except more bright red blood and bigger clots when I used the restroom. Again I cramped on my fourth day like normal.

So conclusion (I'll try to update you on my 3rd period which is in a couple weeks.) I am more active which might be the reason or the fact that I stopped taking my vitamins all of the sudden. I have no clue but we're in the same boat and hopefully I could give a little reassurance someone else is dealing with the same thing!
