Brown discharge with walking?

Hi Al, I am almost 36 weeks and am 1cm dilated and having a ton of Braxton hicks. Past few days have had a good deal of brownish discharge, most noticeable after I take a walk or exercise at all. Anyone else have this? Could it be from my cervix dilating more? Mucus plug? Seeing dr tomorrow but I hoped to get other experiences/input.

My dr just said it's because the cervix is starting to soften and thin, so when I exercise it jostles that out.

Yea be glad it's not red. I get discharge all the time! It's usually really milky and ALOT! Even worse when I stand or walk. I change panties 6-8 times a day because it's so bad,  but doctor insists its normal

Not going thru this but it's a good sign that it's brown and not bright red:)
