endo's hell

Hi, I am having one of the v. bad days. Pain is just unbereable. Despite of the amount of pain killers, I still can't stand on the floor. I've been ttc for 12 months, one misscarriage and doc confirmed endo this week. Lap is in one month. I'll be a couple of days at the hospital and I might need more than one operation to take the endo tissue off me. At least Three weeks at home. I feel miseable. I just wanted to vent a bit. Does Cutting sugar and gluten really help? If so I am going to do whatever it takes! I can't be in this position for ever!!!!!!!! I can't even do my job!!
