Can this fall hurt unformed baby?

I just started what I believe is implantation bleeding. Was light. Then dark. All within like 6 hours. So my 2 year old little boy pee peed in my hall way next to bathroom floor.(He must couldn't make the toilet).. but I walked in the dark to potty..and slipped..hit my entire right side to the bathroom door and floor. My side is still hurting.(Today).. Then I started bleeding regular colored blood minutes later. No clots. Now it's a spotty extra light flow. Could I have hurt the possible pregnancy?
