What is going on??!?!?!?

Hello so my ovulation dates according to my phone was July 23-july27 the 27 being the ovulation day. Me and my significant other literally had sex all that week only because he a horn ball lol.. The last couple of days I've been cramping and my back hurts On and off breast not really sore but AF is suppose to come August 10! I woke up this morning to use the bathroom and see this.... idk what's going on help please could this be implantation bleeding or maybe AF coming early
