Stress from the mom!

To start My mom has never been supportive to me or my current fiancé so when we got engaged almost a week ago I knew she wouldnt be excited. Anyway, i've been sleeping over at my boyfriends house all week only coming home in the mornings before work to take care of my cat so she comes in and asked me if I realize that I still living there and that if I give him everything now it will put off the wedding. Is there a mad rush I don't know about or can I just be happy that he got down on one knee and asked me for eternity. we have a lot goin on and I don't mind waiting till thing settle before setting the date. We were dating 8 years before we got engaged so I don't mind waiting alittle bit longer to say I do. Any thoughts
