I need anxiety medicine asap because i been getting attacks at night and the morning time !! i need help and need something to calm me down. z😣😣😣😣

Every medication works differently for every person! You just have to go to a psychiatrist and try what they prescribe you. If you have any sort of discomfort due to the meds you get, you need to speak with your psychiatrist again and they might just start you on a different one. It's all trial and error and it takes about a week for any anxiety/antidepressant medication to work (unless it's a tranquilizer that you're meant to take as needed rather than every day).

It depends on what your needs are. Xanax is the fastest acting in a panic attack type situation but it is very addictive and has a lot of risks with long term use. I was on it for years for panic attacks and suffered seizures when I stopped taking it so I had to be medically detoxed from it. I recommend seeing a psychiatrist only you and a Dr. can decide what med is best for you.
