Threatened Miscarriage

Turn into active misscariage 😭😭. On July 5 we find out I was pregnant. Very happy and excited for our new bundle of joy due March 18 2018. exactly one week today I started having cramps called my doctor at 11:30 they said is normal. Got home around 3:30 called again now with period like cramps and brown spotting they ask me to go get check at the ER. Got to the ER they took me right in let the testing begin Urine, blood work and pelvic exam and ultrasound. To my relieve they found the babys heart beat very weak and low but it was there 80bpm They send me home and ask me if I started bleeding heavily or passing clots to come right back in. The bleeding progresses Saturday but it wasn't till Sunday morning I started passing big clots more often so we when back to the ER same testing was done again this time our baby heartbeat was gone! 😭😭After many Exams my doctor recommended a D&C; my crevix was soft but no enough to pass the rest of the pregnancy. D&C; was done yesterday and now im home full of fears 😔😢 am I ever going to be able to carry another full term pregnancy and give my Son a sibling. Never thought this will happend to me after a very healthy pregnancy with my Son he will be 7 in Oct. Have any of you ladies have a good outcome after experiencing something like this. What should I expected after having this procedure done?
