mamas, thoughts?!

so I got my tubes tied last year after csection#5, up until june this year things were fine, period a bit heavier but regular. then boom june period came way early, only lasted 5 days and light. Then july period was 5 days late, lasted 5 days and light. then ovulation time came, I had ovulation spotting. so here I am, 10dpo, saw my doctor already she said to go on birth control to help my periods, but me and birth control dont mix well, anyways here I am, day 2 of spotting pink/brown pin point size mixed with egg white cervical mucus, pinching cramps, back pain, nausea, peeing a lot. so it could be af coming, odd spotting or implantation spotting. question, if this spotting stops, when should i take a pregnancy test, as i would need to see a doctor asap if i am. also, anybody gone threw this and give me some insight?? mamas help....
