I need help please help

Down there its itching so badly!! The tip of it i feel like just itiching it soo badly what should i do?? And noo there isnt any discharge of chunks what can i do to stop this im clean ive been tested and im married... i havent had sex in 2wks my so is not in town why is it itching how can i stop it
