Tmi no pics

A little bit of TMI but... My vag feels really sore the past few days. Like I've spent the night having rough sex lol (hubby and I haven't been "intimate" in a couple of weeks though). I'm 27 weeks going on 28... Has anyone else felt anything like this? I get sharp pains every few hours down there as well. Just curious if this is common? Maybe baby is moving down more? Idk help 😩
