I got a question. I don't know whether to be concerned or not.

I woke up in the middle of the night screaming with abdominal pain. I can't walk, move, or anything. I can't even touch the area without screaming and crying. Its happened once more since that night and it's been three days. It's not the normal cramping with a period. Should I be worried??
