L-methylfolate withdraws
I was taking L-methylfolate and baby aspirin for about 6 months, decided I didn't want to take it anymore! It wasn't more than a day I was off them I started getting really hot and sweaty, dizzy in my head, my body feels tingly, knot in my throat, weak and no energy!!! My question is could this be me withdrawing from it or so I need to worry about something else? I have been off it for 12 days and it just comes in waves :-( help someone please!
