Tubes tied

I wish you could have your tubes tied at a younger age without having kids. Birth control and condoms don't always work and I can't not have sex with my husband. That's part of marriage and he doesn't want to just jack off or have a blow job all the time. I just don't ever want kids and I want us both to be able to get fixed!!
