Chemical pregnancy question

What happens to your cycle after a chemical pregnancy? Does your cycle start the day of bleeding - is that menstrual bleeding or chemical pregnancy bleeding? I'm having a really hard time telling what cycle day I am- either 13 or 20. BBT and CM seem off so they're no help. Thank you.
