Nose piercing

Hey guys, I got my nose pierced a couple of weeks ago, and everything's been fine up until today. It's super red and looks gross, does it look infected? It also looks like there's a little bump? I've been cleaning it perfect so idk what's wrong :( what do you suggest I do? Thanks in advance!!
