I was in yoga class yesterday and my cramps started, I normally run and take ibprofen but couldn't.  By the end of class, I was sweating profusely, shaking and felt like I was going to pass out and in really bad pain.  I think I have endometriosis but I've been to two fertility docs and both say to hold off on surgery since I'm TTC and that can cause scar tissue.  Anyone else have symptoms like this during their cycles and were able to conceive?  I need some positive words, it took me 2 hrs after finally getting ibprofen before I could stand up.  I'll be 32 this summer.
