Should campus security be required to refuse after hours Guest access in dorms if the student is "too drunk"
This is stemming off of the post about the 20yr old guy getting rape charges dropped. I guess the victim was visibly intoxicated, even while signing the "raper" into her dorm room. It got me thinking.. don't guest have to get approved b4 spending the night? If that's the case shouldn't campus security or whoever is in charge of the dorm sign in be able to refuse access if the student is too drunk to possibly consent to sex? Or is that too hard to regulate and It'd be assuming people just are having drunken sex all the time?
