This was my first cycle on Femara. I still did not ovulate. I got my period yesterday and start the highest dose of femara tomorrow. This period is CRAZY painful. I was bleeding thru a super tamoon every 2 hours yesterday. Its a little better this morning but the cramping backache and overall feeling of yucky is something i have never had. I was in tears throughout the night. Just curious if anyone had had femara make their periods worse than normal. Thanks for reading :-)
