Can't handle the 2WW

I'm 12 DPO. Just took a first response test and got a BFN. Not even a faint line. I've been on bc for 10 years, this is my first cycle off of it. Idk how long my cycles will actually be but this app says AF is supposed to start this weekend. My breasts are sore, especially my nipples (tmi sorry) which I've never experienced before. I have back pain, cramping, irritability, food aversion, slight nausea at weird times of the day...I know I should really wait to test again but it's so hard...
