Is this acid reflux?

For th past two night, when I was sleeping I feel that my stomach feel like burning and the next thing I vomit with tons of saliva. I couldn't really sleep because it's bother me so much. I did some research and they said it might be acid reflux, what do you think?

Sounds like it. I've never vomited with my acid reflux but I do have a burning sensation in my throat especially at night. Like heart burn, but right at the top of my throat. 
See your doctor to figure out what is the best course of action to take. 
Also, take into account what you've eaten and what may trigger it. And don't eat too late, because that will give you that nasty feeling at night.
