18 days before period

Me n my bf don't use condoms. We have sex at lest 2-3 times a week. 18 days till my period I went to use the bathroom wiped and seen blood. I was spotting for about 2 hours. I have cramps, boobs hurt a little, and I have been sleepy. I'm ovulation on this week also. I don't want to think about It to much but Idk what I should do and if it's a problem.
