HELP!!
The 9 month old i nanny for has been throwing fits lately and I have a feeling it's because mom let's him call the shots and isn't stern when it comes to sleep. it's so hard for me because he literally just cried for 30 minutes, screaming and she came in 3 times and he didn't need anything
