Sick for 4 weeks

So I have been sick for about a month now (went to my doctors on March 3) they keep giving me the same medication telling me to take and I will get better. My symptoms have finally gone away about 3 1/2 weeks after. But I can't get rid of this stuffy nose! Nothing is seeming to work. And it is terrible not being able to taste anything, sleep, or breath normally. Any advice will do! Please and thank you.
