Friendly advise

I went hospital about a week ago with a urine infection I got these bad when I was child ive always had them but now I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I'm meant to take these tablets one at morning and night I'm really struggling with taking them 😪 and I'm extremely sick always vomiting multiple times a day, I'm going back to the doctors today to talk to my doc about it all but has anyone else had or been like this ? And what did they do to help or what do you think I should do ?
