How long TTC before BFP?

Question

I'm curious because after being on birth control for 10 years im in my second cycle of TTC. I keep hearing that it can take a very long time. I just found out I have endometriosis and I'm hoping it doesn't cause too many issues. My mother got pregnant with my sister and I on her first try with both and my sisters pregnant with her third and got prego first try with all 3. I'm already not following that pattern :-(

I was on BC for 10 years and have endometriosis. Took me 3 cycles to get my BFP! Due Dec 5th 😊

I was on birth control for 7 years, got off it in November. Let my cycle happen in December and January then in February we tried and I got pregnant. I also have endometriosis and CN2 cervical cells. So I thought it'd take me forever.

I'm currently on my 5th cycle. My periods are normal and pretty predicable.

Been off birth control pills since November. Still waiting on my second period. My first cycle was 42 days. This time I'm on cycle day 87. It can take a year for healthy couples with no fertility issues. Enjoy the ride, literally :)
