Work out !
Hey I want to start working out again but since my collar bone injury it left me limited to most exercises and I've gained wait due to crazy hours at my job, I'm a DSP I care for mentally disabled people and the individual I care for HATES leaving the home, so I'm stuck inside all day and when I get home at 3 am I'm exhausted I was hoping y'all had some tips for a work out plan I can include into my daily routine to get me back in shape and less exhausted at the end of the day.
