Trying not to give up hope

I am currently 8 days late on my period. This is not normal for me at all. I have very regular cycle. Last time I missed my period I was pregnant andn unfortunately lost that one with a miscarriage. That was 2 years ago. All the hpt have comr back negative. Im wondering if anyone has had this happen and later on got a positive and everything with your pregnancy and bab were fine. Please share your experience.
