I have pretty bad nausea and vomiting. I'm not pregnant. I have no medicine at home to help should I go to the ER

Go to an urgent care if there's one open and close by. Wait times are usually less and they can help a lot too.

Better safe than sorry. I wouldn't bother going to urgent care. When I was constantly throwing up urgent care sent me to the hospital and I had to get IV fluids.
