Oddly short period!?

Anyone ever have an oddly short period!? My period is pretty regular, it comes about every 29-31 days, and lasts 4 days without varying with some brown spotting for 1-2 days... This time it was about a day and a half of medium to heavy bleeding and now nothing... So weird!

Yeah I know what you mean that happened to me too. My period for March was one day. I got my period when it was glow said it was supposed to come on the 28th. One the 29th it was gone. I spotted on and off for a few days, but it never got heavy after that. I've also been cramping since 3/17(I am still) and spotting up until the 28th. My boobs are very sore. I took two pregnancy tests this week and they were both negative, so I don't know what to think. I guess I'll see if af shows this month.
