What happened when you had your IUD removed?

So on July 6th I had my mirena IUD removed and had cramping right after and spotting like a week later. And according to ovulation testers I was ovulating on the 8th of July. Well I have yet to have a real period. I had spotting around the 10th of July and spotting around when I should have had my period on the 23rd of July but it was just brown and very light. A panty liner was all I needed for only 24 hours. So anyways still no period and I've taken multiple pregnancy tests and all are negative. But I am feeling so sick! I'm almost always nauseous and just feeling so blah! And my boobs have been hurting for days. so anyways I guess my question is how did your body react to having the IUD removed? Is this normal? Is there any chance I'm pregnant? If I am pregn

ant I'd probably be about 6 weeks by now so Idk if that's possible with all my negative tests. please help!
