confused!

hi ladies looking for some advice! my period is now 10days late. I had mirena removed in June due to PID but always had spotting when I had it in at time my period was due. Had a pelvic scan yesterday and the radiologist would not confirm results said I was better to wait for gp as it wasn't her place. 2ith 1st pregnancy I was 12weeks6days before I had a positive test could this be the same again or am I overthinking things?
