Possibly pregnant?

I let my man cum in me (first time ever letting anyone do that) on July 10th. It's been every time we have had sex since then too. Normally I start my periods pretty regularly with some pretty heavy PMS symptoms with it a couple days before too. I should've started about two or three days ago and I don't really have any symptoms except acne. Also my boobs are a bit sore and he pointed out yesterday he feels like my boobs feel a bit bigger and I am having suuuuper light spotting that already stopped. I have mirena (2 years now) and every few months my cycle becomes weird but I do still have my period. I havent had my placement checked because I haven't had any symptoms of a displaced IUD, but I'm about to get it checked next month because it's due anyway. Ugh god I'm nervous. I can't be pregnant. I'm just so nervous and am hoping its nothing.
