Weight loss help

Hello ladies! Since New Years I have lost 20 pounds, but gained 14 back within the past couple months. I really regret getting off my weight loss journey.

One of my four main issues is soda, I started drinking it again and it is hard to get back into drinking water. I do like infused waters so feel free to drop your favorite flavor combinations.

The second of my four main issues is bread, I work in a sandwich shop so I eat A LOT of bread, as it is super cheap for me to eat there and convenient to eat the bread scraps. I know it isn't good for my waistline. We do have wraps at my work but they are basically the same calorie content. I'm not sure how to beat this myself. I also crave bread almost all the time.

The third of my main issues is BOREDOM EATING. I seriously have a bad habit of this. I much on snacks while watching tv or playing games. I don't even notice I am doing it half the time. Does anyone have any advice or healthy habits to pick up instead of eating?

The last of my main issues are cravings. I crave such unhealthy and cheesy greasy foods and I don't have much willpower over it. My cravings will literally almost drive me crazy.

Any general tips and advice would be helpful too. I appreciate all of you :).
