Bumps on Belly? 37W2D

Just went to the bathroom and found these little bumps on my belly. I'm 37W2D. Any help?? They aren't super itchy but my belly in general is a little.

I had got it too I didn't end up having it checked out which I have no idea why I just assumed it's because I have super sensitive skin but mine went away but yours looks worse than what mine did I would definitely have it checked out!@

I would get it checked out I know there is some sort of rash/itching  you can get that indicates preeclampsia
