Romance

So some background me and my husband use to be very intimate but then I got pregnant and I was never really in the mood. Well after I had my son I got my sex drive back full force but now my husband doesn't really want to have sex. So I started getting really insecure I thought it was because of my body with just having a baby. So I talked to him about it and he told me it's not that at all it's that he wants to only make love and that he wants romance. The thing is he works all the time he is only home for a few hours before we go to bed and then is home on the weekends. When he is home he is exhausted. So what are some things I can do to bring back some of the romance that doesn't take much effort on his part? I want him to know how important he is to me. It's also hard because we have a 3 month old who is very attention needy.
