Condom and Withdrawl- Safe?

Can I get pregnant if my boyfriend wears a condom and pulls out before cumming and ejaculates no where near my vag? For instance mouth, boobs, face, etc. The thing that is worrying me is that we did a little foreplay beforehand. What are the chances of precum causing a pregnancy that may have been on the condom or his hands or my hands? I made him wash his hands when we did it last time, but the time before that I am a little scared that precum could've been somewhere. Should I really worry about precum? There was no actual ejaculation anywhere near my vagina.
