Could I be?

Okay so my periods are usually 5 weeks apart. I am an ultrasound student so we scan each other frequently. I have a corpus luteal cyst and have been having unprotected sex with my husband this month. He's pulled out but right after my last period we had sex multiple times without him peeing before. (Like 3 days after my last period ended) 5 weeks since my last period will be Tuesday. Could I be? The cyst is throwing me off. Please no negativity :)
