How soon would an oral STD/STI begin to show symptoms?

I know, I should've waited until he got tested, but I gave head to the guy I've been seeing about two weeks ago. I swallowed. I really don't think he has anything and neither does he, but he's still going to get tested. I was honestly in a horny state of mind and really not thinking about it. The last time he was tested was two years ago and he's been with three women since. Anyway. I'm not having any symptoms or anything happening around my mouth so I'm feeling like that's a good sign. But if he did have something and I received it orally, how long would it take to show? I know some don't show symptoms at all when transmitted through sex, but I didn't know if oral was different.
