Any other Crohn's disease or colitis Mommas out there?

Would love to hear about your experience. I'm 4 months pregnant with my miracle baby. She's healing me from the inside out and I have bare to none symptoms of my Crohn's disease!

I have Crohn's disease as well, have had it since I was 3, I'm now 26. I had my daughter almost 7 years ago and the beginning of the pregnancy was rough with her but in my 3rd trimester my symptoms went away. Although after I had her I got really sick and mg symptoms came back aggressively. I've had 2 miscarriages since then and currently 37 weeks pregnant with my Rainbow baby boy, this pregnancy has been a bit rough still having flair ups every once and awhile, but I'm on Humira which has helped me quite a bit!

I have UC and got pregnant within 2 months of trying. I began to have a flare a month and a half before I gave birth (natural with only gas to keep me from pushing so the dr would make it to my room lol). After I had my daughter my flare got so bad I was hospitalized. I needed 2 blood transfusions as well as other meds to try and bring me out of the flare. Now I'm taking Pentasa 4g a day and I've been in remission for a few months! Now I'm scared to get pregnant again while on Pentasa. The drs. say it's safe but it still crosses the placenta...I don't know what to do

I was just wondering about this actually. I have ulcerative colitis and worry that I can't have a baby.

I have crohns too, and to be honest I feel so much better it's like my crohns symptoms have just went away 🙈
