switching to one nap
Has anyone changed to one nap? I think we are getting close. Some days it's obvious one nap would work, and then some days he takes two 2.5 hour naps! This transition is so weird because you never know what each day will hold. 
One of my other kids transitioned around this time but I can't remember how it went.
