Folic acid question
Hi all,
Looking back through the forums there have been a fair few posts about folic acid - but none too recently. I wanted to know how long before ttc you started taking it?
I have taken it for a month now and really want to understand whether it is best to take it for a bit longer before actively trying for a baby.
