Severe back pain
I'll be 30 weeks pregnant in 2 days, and for the last 2 days I've had awful back pain in my lower back, butt and tail bone. I already go the chiropractor every month and it's not anything to do with sciatica (I have problems with that too 🙄) I've tried laying down, switching positions, soaking in warm epsom salt baths and Tylenol. What else can I do? I never had back pain with my first son 😞
