US Anatomy - Ramzi

We are having a hard time determining the direction of the US picture and layout of the uterus. It's was a transvaginal US. With the uterus looking so narrow were second guessing if the right is still the right side. Placenta on the left means girl, right sided means boy. Anyone with expirence have an idea?
