Pregnant again..

I have to post anonymously because their are people on here that I know and don't want to find out it's me. I have a 6 month old and today I learned I am pregnant... we are just about to get an apartment and our friends who have been trying for a couple years and have had so many miscarriages just found out they are pregnant and I don't want to take that from them since it's amazing news for them. I just don't know what to do.. I would never abort I'm just not ready for another baby so soon and we were careful we used condoms and pulled out and took care of things.. I should've taken birth control.. I'm so scared. What do I do?
