BOY TROUBLESSS

So there's this boy, he's a friend of mines younger brother and I think he's super cute! Anyways, I've been told by multiple people he has a soft spot for me, but yet we aren't together?? Whenever we see each other, in a matter of minutes we'll be all over each other, more him than me, but anyways recently we've been talking but the conversation never seems to end or give me an indication to what we are to each other. He told me was afraid to fall in love. ALSO I can't talk to him because he doesn't text me back!! Like I don't get him or what he wants from me, but I wish I knew because now I'm stringing this other guy along and I don't even know sigh just help 😭
