Hello, everyone!

I'm looking to make the switch to a more natural feminine product, not a fan of all the added chemicals in tampons. I usually use a regular tampon and a thin panty liner with about a 4 day period.

What do you guys like to use and why? I.e. The cup?

How do you use it? Obviously it catches the blood and then you dispose of it but how do you reuse it and store it?

Please help!
