what do you guys think about drinking 12oz of coffee every single day while pregnant? I usually drink 12oz of coffee every morning during the school year, I found out I'm pregnant 3 wks ago and school year start tomorrow and was wondering what y'all think. thanks!

I have been drinking coffee or caffeinated soda almost every day and I'm 32 weeks 🤷🏼‍♀️ As long as your doctor says your fine I don't see the harm in it

200 ml a day is safe. Thats about 2 cups.
I had my two cups in the am and my frappucino every day and obgyn had no issues with it. Our daughter is 10 months old and healthy from the start
