No more symptoms

I just had a miscarriage in march at 8 weeks. So that's my biggest fear right now. I was praying that my symptoms this time were strong and crazy. They started out with nausea at like 4 weeks . Now at 6 weeks nothing at all. Also the closest store is out of pregnancy tests. Needless to say it's been a rough day.
